At STRATA, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided directly through our portal.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
